Hello- I have Toolset Types and Blocks installed at a domain for which I have generated a site key. On the back end of my site I get the following message:

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Need help?

See the communication error details and let us know in Toolset technical support.

When I click on "communication error details" it says "Installer could not fetch subscription data for toolset. Error message: Invalid site key for the current site" but there is nowhere in Toolset settings or the Dashboard to enter a site key.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To fix this, I'll suggest these steps:

1. Please go to WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and use the "Unregister Toolset from this site" link to disconnect the existing site key.
( screenshot: hidden link )

2. Next, from WP Admin -> Settings -> General, copy the exact URL used in the "Site Address (URL)" field and use that to generate a new Toolset site key ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ).

3. Use the new site key to activate Toolset from the same screen at WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.

I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar
