Tell us what you are trying to do?
I need to create a view and query a custom field by author to display in the view. However the link to create the query filters is not available.
Don't understand why
Hello, I'll be glad to take a closer look and figure out why you are unable to add Query Filters here. It could indicate a conflict with another plugin, or a custom theme, or it could indicate a configuration issue. Can you try these troubleshooting steps?
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page in wp-admin. Sometimes a cached file can cause a JavaScript problem, and this will solve that problem.
- Be sure WordPress and your Toolset plugins are all up-to-date. You can use the Toolset automatic installer to verify Toolset plugins at wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab. Scroll down to the Toolset installer panel and click "Check for updates" to verify your Toolset plugins suite is up-to-date.
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty One and deactivate all plugins except Toolset Types and Toolset Blocks (or Toolset Views, if your site uses the legacy Views plugin). If you need to activate a Maintenance Mode plugin during testing, that's fine.
- Test again.
- If the Query Filter section is displayed as expected, this indicates a conflict with a theme or plugin. You can reactivate each inactive component one-by-one, testing in the page editor screen in wp-admin each time, until the problem returns. This should help isolate which component is causing the conflict, and I can investigate further with that information.
- If the Query Filter section is not displayed as expected, I'll need to take a closer look to see what could be happening here.
Please let me know the results and we can proceed from there.
Thank you Chris
I had to uninstall and install. Don't know what happened but now it is showing.
now, I have a form for subscribers to send their info for my to display in my subscriber only account. there is a field for the subscriber to submit an iframe code.
But there is no way for the form to send the code. By no way I mean, the form custom field exists, but when the code is imput and submitted, it gets blank in the air, and it comes blank on the other end. I tried wysig, line,
If I go to the post type and input from the admin dashboard it shows ok in the page but I needed the functionality for the subscriber to submit the code (their public google calendar) through a form so they could post in their onw account.
Can you help me with this or I needed to open a new ticket?
Thanks
Okay I've split off a separate ticket for the new question. Let's follow up here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/submit-iframe-code-in-forms/
