I am trying to: migrate the site

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the staging site (similar to aigasf.org)

Instead, I got: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Toolset_Common_Bootstrap::get_instance() in /nfs/c01/h08/mnt/364/domains/staging.aigasf.org/html/wp-content/plugins/types/application/controllers/main.php on line 123

The WordPress plugin we used for migration is called All-in-1-Migration, it's always worked in the past, but this time stalled at 88% of the import, and the site went down, displaying the above message.

Hello,

I’m Mohammed: the Toolset support team leader. I’ll give my best to help you.

This error means that there is an undefined function in the Types plugin. I checked the code and I saw that it exists in the code.

So, there are two possibilities here. the first one is that there is some file is missing in one of the Toolset plugins.
FYI, this line of code calls a function in a library (Toolset common) which exist in all the Toolset plugins and being called depending on which plugins are installed on your website.

The second possibility is that there are some incompatible Toolset plugins installed together. this means that you need the latest versions to be installed on your website.

So, in both cases, I recommend you to download all the Toolset plugins you need from the downloads page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ then upload them to the plugins folder of your website then extract them to replace the Toolset plugins that you use now.

I will be waiting for your reply.
Thanks.
