Types and Views plug ins won't update

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update Views and Types plug ins but the update fails (screenshot attcahed).

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:NA

I expected to see:NA

Instead, I got:NA

This site is a clone of whurld.com and the plug ins update fine on that domain so I'm wondering why they don't on milltonkeynesescorts.com

Hi Barry,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

The automatic plugin update requires that the website is registered with a Toolset key, that was generated for that particular domain.

If you've migrated the website to a different domain, you can generate the new site key for this new domain as explained in this guide:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#migrating-registration-to-a-different-domain
