I tried a couple of months ago a two column layout, this I remember worked fine for desktop however broke on mobile.

This is exactly what we needed. Am I able to do this with views?
If so is the responsive?
By that I mean on desktop and iPad the column stays side by side, and on phone they stack?
The visual block editor looks beta so wondering if this is something that actually works as we need on a dev site?
