This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Types dashboard returns a 502 gateway error and settings page is blank when NADI plugin is enabled. The wp-debug error is:
"Catchable fatal error: Object of class Twig_Source could not be converted to string in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/next-active-directory-integration/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Lexer.php on line 87"
Solution:
This issue was with the NADI plugin and not from Toolset Types.
