Trying to add a video using the divi builder

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

How are you going about this?

You have a Types field (video? or embedded media?) and have assigned the Custom Field Group to which it belongs to some post type, and have created a template using Toolset (at Toolset > Content Templates) for this post type, and are designing the template using Divi, and are trying to output the video field in this template (by inserting the types shortcode into a text module using the Fields and Views button).

Or something else?
