I see to be unable to add the Toolset license key to a new project site.

The remember to register Toolset message is visible but when I click to add the key or remove a previous key, nothing happens.

After checking further, I have several project sites that are not able to connect with our Toolset dashboard.

We have an active Toolset license.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Do you see any errors or warnings when you click the "communication error details" link?
( this link is visible in the screenshot that you shared )

Please share a screenshot of what is shown when you click this link.

regards,
Waqar

That message is no longer present, but appears to be replaced by the one posted below where all Toolset links are inactive.

I attempted to deactivate > delete > re-install Toolset Types 3.4.14 to see if it would permit me to enter the license key.

It did allow me to update one site, however ALL images in the search grid disappeared, after which I restored a backup copy.

I received another Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com error message with the communication error message on yet another site, this time our recent multisite network.

I would like to know why we have multiple sites that can not be updated?

Thank you for sharing these details.

I've performed some tests on my website, but couldn't reproduce any issue with the site key activation.

Are these websites with the communication issue all hosted on the same server/host?

And do you use any specific security/firewall plugin, which is common among all these websites?

To investigate the inactive links in the Toolset registration area, it would help if you could share temporary admin login details, for any one of the affected websites.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

The recent screenshot shows the error message "site key does not match" which means that the site key will need to be regenerated.

For this website, you can remove the old site key from the website and generate a new one, making sure to use the same address that is set in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )

As yours is a multi-site network, be sure to use the network's base path for the site key generation and activate the site key for the whole network.

Thank you for sharing these details.

I followed these steps and had no difficulty in activating a new Toolset site key on your website:

1. From the site key's management page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ), I created a new site key using the URL of your website:

2. Next, from the Network Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, I used the 'Register Toolset' link to activate the newly created site key and it worked, without any error.
( hidden link )

Can you please repeat these steps and let me know how it goes?
