[Resolved] Translation screen doesnt show any fields

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I must apologize for delay in response as this ticket was assigned to me after my shift had closed.

What I would recommend here based on you screenshot is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset and WPML plugins and try to translate the items again.

Normally Issues like these are handled in the WPML forums as this is using the translation editor. If you haven't already opened a ticket with our WPML Supporters I would recommend going to the link below and opening a forum ticket with them.

The WPML team is better equipped to handle translation type issues.
