hidden link is the current active site. There are 400 posts on that site. The posts are custom post types

The new site is hidden link and I have been setting up woocommerce products

MY QUESTION: I want to transfer the old POST content to the new site. How can I do this???

Hi,

I assume you are going to export posts from custom post type of one website, and import them into woocommerce products of another website.

If it is, there isn't such kind of feature within Toolset, I have searched it in google and found this:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

You might consider this:
export the posts data into a csv file, edit this csv file, change the post type setting, then import it into new website as woocommerce products.

No, They are just posts (with a few custom fields added)

I want to copy the post content to the new server at wpengine (the site is in staging)

You can try the WordPress built-in export/import tools here:
Dashboard-> Tools-> Export & Import

This should be able to export/import the post content from old website to new website
