As you may have noticed with the above ticket reply:
I have just been informed by our second-tier support that the underlying technology used in Divi 5 is blocks and shortcodes usage by Toolset, might not work.
This is a compatibility issue. I double checked and we do not have any integration with Divi 5 theme.
So for now, this will be considered as an incompatible theme. we will try to download the theme and add it to a clean installtion of Toolset to replicate the issue.
But after that we will report this to our development team. It will betheir decesion to go foward with the compatibility or not. I will not be able to give you any sort of ETA.
I confirm that Divi 5 versions later than 5.0.0-public-beta.1.1 raise big issues with Toolset views.
I use a Toolset/Divi combination on nearly 80 websites which should be sooner or later migrated to Divi 5.
So someone has to find a solution to make Divi 5 and Toolset work together.
I am also in touch with Elegant Themes support, their way to approach Divi 5 migration without taking into account compliancy with shortcodes provided by other plugins is unacceptable.
Well - as the work should be done at Divi end you should get in touch with the Divi support based on the following official links:

And check with them what could be the possible workaround or solution in your case and if there is any you are welcome to share that here in benefit of other users.
I have found a workaround by developing my own shortcode to replace the Views shortcode that is not working.
I don't think it is my job to ensure compliancy between Divi 5 and Toolset ; this is yours as well as Elegant Theme's.
I insist that since that since 5.0.0-public-beta.3.1 most of the Toolset views are not working anymore. This will certainly impact thousands of your customers.
This bug impacts views embedded in content which have a Divi Theme Builder template assigned.
Version 5.0.0-public-beta.4 released this morning does not fix this bug.
I understand what you feel and your situation but we as shared before we as a supporter not the official person to offer you any compatiblity related solution. It should be added to products (divi + Toolset) officially.
Evenif I try to offer you any workaround there is no gaurentee that it will work without any issue because there is a great chance of it will stop working with future divi version. I hope this is understandable.
You may want to share the workaround you have that may help other users and they can benefit it.
