[Resolved] Toolset view in conflict with boosted element addon of elementor

This support ticket is created 4 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use both boosted element and toolset view

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: If I desactivate toolset view I can see the display of the video. If I activate it I cannot as you can see. Furthermore if I update boosted element it cracke the website.

Instead, I got: no videos displayed

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Currently, you have assigned a Toolset archive template to the categories, but the archive template is empty, it does not contain any blocks. Which means that it will generate an empty page. I added a heading block to the archive and it is displayed in the frontend. Check this screenshot hidden link
