Hello Toolset Support Team,I am writing to report a template rendering bug introduced in the recent updates of Toolset Blocks/Views.
The Issue:After updating past version 1.6.21, my site stopped displaying the main post content on the front end. Instead of rendering the post body, the page only displayed duplicate/dual headers. The main content loop appeared completely blank.
Environment Details:Theme: AstraToolset Version with Bug: all versions past 1.6.21
Temporary Fix: Downgrading the Toolset component back to version 1.6.21 immediately resolved the issue. The post content now loads correctly, and the duplicate headers are gone.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use the Astra theme alongside the latest version of Toolset.
View a standard post on the front end (without any Toolset Content Templates applied).
The theme header/title duplicates, and the default content output breaks entirely.
It appears there is a regression regarding how Toolset hooks into Astra's default structural layout or global content filters in versions released after 1.6.21. Could your development team look into this hook conflict so it can be patched in an upcoming release?
Still broken on 1.6.24
All these numbers you write of are still past the 1.6.21, as stated in my post. So, no, it doesn't work.
Also, do I no longer get emails when this thread is replied to? I only received an email that this thread was about to be closed. No email about a response.
Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and tell me where exactly you see it broken.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
It seems you shared the access details for your production site and we do not recommond troubleshooting with the live/productoin site.
Can you please share staging site with access details. If that's not possible for you, alternatively, you can grant me permission to take your site copy and then I will take next troubleshooting steps.
Also, please share few direct links of your affected posts/pages so I can cross verify and we can be on the same page to ensure I'm looking into your exact issue you described.

for the issue to be detected, one must update the site. I am not updating the site to break it. I just am not updating the site so everything works. You have my permission to copy what you want. All my website slots are full. I am not upgrading my hosting plan to add more sites for your staging area.
Once again- Why do I not get emails about these conversations? This is the most opaque and drawn-out process. I appreciate the help, but I could use some communication!
Still broken after using the new 1.6.25 version. I tried to upload images, but there is a 1Mb limit. 1.6.21 STILL WORKS. Am I the only person with this issue? I am using Astra as recommended.
Alternatively - if you grant me permission then I can go ahead and try to take your site copy by installing the duplicator plugin. Is that OK with you?
I've downloaded your site and disable the cache plugin wp rocket. Then I've deactivated and delete the existing Toolset Blocks plugin 1.6.21 and install and activated the Toolset Block plugin version 1.6.26.
I checked the following post type:
- wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=fire-pit
checked the following post on frontend:
- fire-pit/large-90-curved-fire-pit-seat-wall-with-fire-pit-kit-8-5-radius/
I can see post displayed normally.
See the following video: hidden link
Do I need to check with the different post type? Or can you please share exact link that is not working?
What if you disable the cache plugin and udpate the Toolset Blocks plugin to 1.6.26 and check if that helps?
I'm not sure when you build the site but for now, when I edit the single post content template for your default post type "post" you created using Toolset:

I see you added the "Content" block and it shows the following message:
Block cannot be rendered inside itself.
What if you try to remove that block and add single field block and with single field block chose the option "Post Content (Body)" to display your single post content.
