Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

In case a website is using a very old version of the Toolset plugins, the automatic update method may not work.

You can download the latest version of Toolset Types plugin from the Toolset downloads page ( https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ ) and then install it manually from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
( when asked to overwrite, confirm to overwrite the newer version on the older one )

Once the Toolset Types plugin has been updated, you'll be able to update other Toolset plugins from the automatic update feature.
