This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
I am trying to: update Toolset Types plugin, I got: The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.
Solution:
There were some installer issues in the old version of Toolset Types plugin, please try these:
1) Backup your website database,
2) Deactivate and delete Toolset Types plugin
3) Install the latest version of Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
