I'm using WP 6.0.2 on PHP 7.4, Elementor 3.7.7., Elementor Pro 3.7.7., together with Toolset Types 3.4.16 and Toolset Views 3.6.3.
I notice that my Elementor "Animated Headline" doesn't work anymore, as well as calling an Elementor popup.
I tried disabling the plugins one by one and switching to a default theme: it only works again when I disable the 2 Toolset plugins.
Next I downloaded and installed Toolset Types 3.4.14 and Toolset View 3.6.1 to test, but no use..
How should I proceed to solve this?
Thank You.

Hello,

Did you get any PHP/JS debug logs from your website?

Since it is a compatibility issue, and I don't have a copy of Elementor Pro plugin, can you reproduce the same problem in below test site:

I need to test and debug it in a live website, thanks

Hi Luo,
Is it an option to provide you with a temporary admin account on the website itself, together with FTP-access?
This way you can check it in the live situation.
(I'll make sure to have a backup beforehand:)
Let me know how to send you this in a private conversation.
And.. thank you for your help!

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website and see the problem.

It seems your website plugins/theme does not support Bootstrap framework, I have done below modifications in your website:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General,
In section "Bootstrap loading", switch from option "Toolset should load Bootstrap 4" to:
This site is not using Bootstrap CSS
So Toolset plugins won't load Bootstrap CSS/JS files

2) Test it in frontend:

It works fine, please check if it is fixed, thanks

Disabling Bootstrap in the Toolset Settings was indeed the solution.
However, I DO use Bootstrap in the website, so I added the link to Bootstrap in the header of the pages, and changed the Toolset Settings to "The Theme or another plugin is already loading Bootstrap 4".
Now the Elementor popups work, and the Toolset Views that are using bootstrap (for the loops) are working as well.

Cheers.
