When I activate the starter theme everything seems to be fine but then my server ran out of storage space. When I looked at it I found it was the error log was several GB.

It seems the starter theme generates hundreds of warnings and errors a seconds and it fill up my error log.

It only takes 10-20 minutes before my server has completely run out of storage space.

I deleted the log file then rebooted the server. I zipped the log when it got to 1.2gb. Here it is below (amazingly it is compress from 1.2gb to 9mb)

Why is it doing this? How do I stop it doing this?

This is strange.
Have you modified the theme?

This should not happen in any case.

Please proceed as this:

1. Cancel your Toolset Starter Theme from your FTP
2. Re-download it from here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/#toolset-themes
3. Activate it

Please then activate the WP Debug on the front end.
https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

Please then let me know if you still can see this issues.
