I am trying to: use a child theme

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the style.css from the starter theme

Instead, I got: theme css from toolset starter

I'm using version 1.1 of the starter child.

Also using layouts and the css from layouts also is never imported.

I'm essentially having to redo this site: hidden link
There are parts I'm afraid will be difficult to build in layouts, but I would like to give it a try.

Hello,

Please elaborate the question with more details:
I expected to see: the style.css from the starter theme

I have checked the source code of the URL you mentioned above:
view-source:hidden link

Line 83:

<link rel='stylesheet' id='main-css' href='<em><u>hidden link</u></em>' type='text/css' media='all' />

It is the CSS file "style.css" from parent starter theme

line 84:

<link rel='stylesheet' id='child-style-css' href='<em><u>hidden link</u></em>' type='text/css' media='all' />

It is the CSS file "style.css" from your custom child theme

Which CSS file do you expect to see?

Sorry, forgot this site was on cloudflare. All is fixed now after I turned developer mode on.
