Toolset site key error.jpg

When I go to WordPress admin and try to register the toolset plugin I've just purchased, I get this code: 'Unable to register: Site key not matching'

I've verified that the key matches.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is strange.

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.
=> https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

In addition to that - can you please send me admin access details.

I can't do the debug because I currently have the plugin deactivated. I had an old Version 2.3.5 and was required to purchase the upgraded version to update. If I activate the old version it crashes my site. That's why I am trying to register but it won't accept the code which I had confirmed is correct on your website.

Toolset (2.3.5 from the year 2018) is really old version and outdated one as after that we release number of major release and added number of new features.

Before you update the Toolset plugins to latest official release version:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

But before you update any plugin I recommend you to take full backup of your site so in any worst situation you can restore it.

Alternatively - I suggest you should create a staging site first and on staging site you should run update first and once you see everything is ok and working on the staging site then you should go ahead and update it on your production site.

We publish the Types 3.X.X with the new many to many relationships and we have added the number of new features to this major release. Please check the following blog:
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/toolset-post-relationships-release/
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/when-if-to-migrate-relationships-in-old-toolset-sites/

I suggest you should update ALL Toolset plugins manually for now:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
- Deactivate and Delete all Toolset plugins from plugins page:
=> hidden link

- Download ALL the latest Toolset plugins you require from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload and activate first Types plugin and then try to register the Types plugin.

You can follow the same steps given with the following Doc to register Toolset:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

Once you register Toolset plugins successfully, you can install all other Toolset add-on plugins:
check Step #5: "5. Select the Toolset components to download. To activate them, check Activate after download."

We daily backups of the site and database. We've successfully updated to the newest version of Toolset by manually updating it but still get an error code when we try to register using the site key provided on your website. Can you verify that is the correct site key and active?

Well - what if you try to delete the existing site key for your account's page:
- https://toolset.com/account/sites/

And then try to follow the step given with the following Doc that will allow you to generate the new site key and try to register the Toolset:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

I already purchased the original site key. Will have have to purchase again or will it give me a credit to activate my original purchase?

#2809957

It worked by deleting the site key and registering through wordpress. Thanks
