Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is abnormal. I need some information that will help me to investigate your issue.

1)
Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.

2)
Do you see any javascript errors on your browser console?

3)
Could you please check your server logs and send me any possible errors for review.

Hi. After looking at another thread, I enabled WP_DEBUG and set it to write to an error log file in site root. Nothing is showing up there.

I don't see any javascript errors.

I have tried assorted things and finally got it to throw an error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function zip_open() in /home/debgoodwinarts/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/library/toolset/types/includes/import-export.php on line 166

So, I have a support ticket in with my host. We recently made some changes to enable php7 on a per-account basis, and I think we lost a library or something; this particular account is using the default php 5.6. I'll update this ticket once I'm done addressing the server issue. With luck, that will take care of everything. Thanks.

The server issue cured it. Phew. Thank you.
