Hi Support

Lately, we have been having very frequent errors reaching our WP site, due to errors such as ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECT, or secure connection problems. We recently had some error messages referring to our old domain which we migrated from (native-nanny.com). We migrated a long time ago to native-nanny.de.

While looking through the Toolset Settings I came across the setting:

Toolset > Settings > Front-end Content > Safe redirects

There, there is still a reference to native-nanny.com. I clicked the red X to delete it and it disappears and I see top right "All changes saved", but next time I visit the page or refresh the page, it comes back.

I'm not claiming this is the cause of the error, but it certainly looks like suspicious and I believe it is not working correctly.

Any idea why the setting is not being preserved?

Thanks and regards
Simon

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The white list domain field values are stored within the wpdev_options database table using the key "wpv_options" and the value it holds is as serialized array.

I'm not sure why when you remove the domain does not get saved. I interacted with database table and removed the unwanted domain from the "wpv_options" key and updated its value. Can you please confirm it works now.
