Toolset setting custom code tab not working

This support ticket is created 5 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Vimal,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I found a past report related to a similar issue, but that was fixed in Types version 3.3.

As a first step, please make sure that all plugins, WordPress and the active theme, are updated to their latest versions.

In case the issue still persists, it would be a good idea to make a complete backup copy of the website and then temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and deactivate all non-Toolset plugins. This will help in narrowing down to a possible conflict.

If the issue is fixed, you can start activating the disabled items, one-by-one.
