toolset plugins won't register

This support ticket is created 3 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

You auto-renewed our license, but now all our sites says we need to register them. They were/are.
toolset: Site key does not match for oursites.com subscription-fetching 2022-29-08 05:08:45
I've deactivated/activated all plugins, including toolsets w/o success.
Our toolset account shows license extended; and shows are sites listed.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Do you see any other errors or warnings on the Toolset installer support page?
{yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support

If not, I'll suggest deleting the existing site key(s) and registering with new ones for each.

Yes, there is no other errors showing on page with installer. php.

I re-registered one site and the others fixed themselves.
I still show an error banner on plugins page, but perhaps that will go away tomorrow when re-checks.
