Hi. When I go to view "All Products" in WooCommerce, I get a WordPress critical error. If I disable all Toolset plugins, I can get to the page. When I try reenabling them one by one, it often leads to a site-wide critical error where I have to disable all plugins in phpMyAdmin in order to get back into my WordPress backend. Thanks in advance.
If you do not know how to do it, I'll require admin access details as well as steps to reproduce the issue.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I try to visit the product listing page: hidden link
But I can see its working as expected. Can you please share details where or how exactly I can see the issue - what steps I've to follow to see the issue.
... Also, I can confirm that deactivating Toolset Types lets me access the "All products" page. When I reactivate it, I get the critical error. Thanks.
Here is the video - I checked that the Toolset Types plugin is active. I checked with both Firefox and Chrome browser and I do not see any issues. The product listing page in admin loaded without any issues.
