a message appear in my admin dashboard:

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Need help?

See the communication error details and let us know in Toolset technical support.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

You can check the communication error details by visiting this link in the admin area:

Note: Please replace {yourwebsite.com} with your actual website's URL.

If you see any error details on this page, you're welcome to share its screenshot so we can investigate this.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

There are multiple notices about the site key not matching. It seems that your website's base domain/URL has changed since this site key was generated or the site key was generated for a different website.

Every Toolset site key is generated for an individual website's address, which is why when that is changed, you'll need to generate a new one.

I would suggest regenerating the site key for your current website, following these steps:

- Please go to your Toolset account's sites management page: https://toolset.com/account/sites/
- Remove the site key that you've used for this website
- Register the same site again, making sure that the URL matches the one set at WP Admin -> Settings -> General -> Site Address (URL)
- Go to your site dashboard again and register the plugin with the newly generated key.

Please let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance around this.

Thanks for writing back.

In the screenshot from your website's settings, the URL is set with "www", but, in the screenshot from the installer debug page, the key seems to be evaluating the key with a URL without "www".

Please generate the site key again, making sure to use the exact same URL with "www".

When I generated the site key I used "hidden link" and this is what I appeared in my toolset account but in the installer debug page appeared whitout www

So I changed the URL in general settings as per the attachement and I re-generated the site key putting it in the registration field of toolset plugin as you can see in the attachements but it seems the issue still live and in the installer debug page I get a different key

I applied the siteground technical support (my hosting) for a suggestion but they aren't able to give me a solution. They write me that the question is how and where your server read the site URL

Thank you for sharing these screenshots and it is strange that the key is not updating.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, so that I can access the admin area?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I've noticed that the Toolset site key is now properly activated on the website and looks like you've managed to make it work after writing to us.

You're welcome to mark this ticket as resolved and start a new one for each new question or concern.
