Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried to access the website's admin area, but it seems it needs some secret/hidden URL to log in.

Do you see any errors or warnings on the Toolset installer support page?
( you can visit in the admin area at {yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support )

If you see any error about an invalid or mismatched site key, it will mean that the site key from the staging website is still attached and you'll need to create a new one using the live website's address and register with that.
( ref: https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/ )

Important note: While creating a support ticket, please always use the dedicated section to share the admin access details only. They should not be included within the message's body, as it is publicly accessible.

regards,
Waqar
