[Resolved] Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolsetcom

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

It seems to be site key problem, please try these:
1) Make sure you are using latest version of Toolset Types plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
It is safe to delete old version of Types plugin file, all settings are saved in your database.

2) Follow our document to generate the Toolset site key, and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
