Hi,

I have notification that shows "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com". I've made clone of my site and I uploaded the latest versions of toolset blocks and toolset types and registered my clone site in toolset hidden link, but the notification is still there hidden link. And now I also have problem with toolset blocks hidden link, I have only content templates and view available hidden link. I need help to resolve my issue. Thanks

That is really strange.

Can you please make sure you have registered the site key, can you please try to follow the steps given with the following link and make sure that you register the site key.

I've followed the steps but nothing has changed. I still have the same problem. My site is registered in toolset hidden link, and I enter the site key

Also now when I go to edit some of the pages toolset blocks plugin is not working properly hidden link . I have only two available toolset elements hidden link

Can you please share problem URL where you added the container block as well as admin access details.

This is really strange.

I see a message at top:

Your site doesn't include support for the "toolset-blocks/container" block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.

Also, I noticed that only 2 blocks are available to work with (view and content template) and I do not find any other blocks like single field, container, image slider etc..etc..

I'm able to locate on ticket where user reported similar issue:

But with above ticket, it was caused by BigCommerce, in order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

I disabled all plugins except Toolset Blocks and Toolset Types and I changed theme but the problem is still there. I have only 2 blocks available (view and content template).

Also, I noticed that you solved the other problem with the notification hidden link. Can you tell me how you fixed so in future if I came on the same problem I will be able to fix it.

To eliminate that there is no server issue:
- Can you please setup a test site on another server maybe on localhost or another server and see if you see the same problem. if you do not see the issue with another server, that means there is something blocking on your server but if its blocking then I wonder why ever those two blocks (content template and view) is available and not others.

I just reinstalled the Toolset Blocks plugin.

Here is a version with the oldest versions of the toolset plugins

hidden link - here toolset blocks are fine.

On that version hidden link - I just updated the plugins and toolset blocks plugin isn't working.

Maybe you can compare these 2 versions of my site and find where is the problem.

Is it OK if I can take a copy of your not working site using the duplicator plugin?

I tried to import the shared WP ALL In One Migration package but somehow it stuck at 7% and dont import after that.

Can you please build import package after disabling plugins like SSL and security and any other plugins, and then build the import package and send it to me.

That I could not able to install the package, I need a clean package where all other security, SSL, and other plugins should be disable and then you should create a package and send it to me and then I will try to check if I can install it.

However, it seems we are in opposite timezone, so, I will be able to check it on Monday, if you want quick help, if you want, I can pass this ticket to supporter who works closely in this current timezone.
