I am receiving the following notification from toolset. What do I need to do?

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Need help?

See the communication error details and let us know in Toolset technical support.

Hi,

This notice shows when the Toolset plugins have difficulty in connecting to the Toolset.com server.

This can happen when:

1. The website's server has some firewall or security measures in place, which can restrict or block outbound communications.
OR
2. There was some temporary connection issue which usually resolves on its own, after a few refreshes.

If you're continuously seeing this notice on your website, it would be a good idea to get in touch with your host to check for any firewall or security measures that can prevent communication with the external server.

regards,
Waqar

Jamal,
Thanks for the help here. I clicked on communication error details but found no error. Why is this message still visible?

Thank you for sharing the screen capture.

I noticed a "site key does not match" warning in the installer communication log that you showed.

Can you please disconnect the existing site key and register using the newly created site key, making sure it uses the exact URL saved at WP Admin -> Settings -> General -> WordPress Address (URL)
