I am trying to:

Show my products using the WooComposer plugin. This plugin used to work alongside Views, but since I upgraded to WP 4.9.5, my product page is no longer displaying the template I created.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:

All the details I specified in my WooComposer template, including related products, etc.

Instead, I got:

Just the name of the product (if I choose to use a theme page in VIews) or an different template than the one I specified if I choose WooCommerce Default template in Views.

I tried to set the WooCommerce Views plugin to the default WooCommerce template and to a template included in my theme, but somehow Views is overriding the ability of WooComposer to display the page templates I created.

These two plugins were working together when I purchased them, and it seems that the latest WP update has broken them.

Could you please help me ensure that when WooCommerce Views isn't applying a template to a page that I can use another plugin to apply a template to that page? It used to apply templates only over pages I chose, but now it seems to apply a template over every page.

I appreciate you help in this matter.

Thanks,
Heather

Hi, I'm not very familiar with this plugin or what your site looked like before, but I'll be glad to try to help. If I select "WooCommerce Views plugin default single product template" in WooCommerce Views settings, I see exactly what has been added in the Product body here:

It says "Nameplate "Northern Lights" 196mm X 55mm" on the front-end. So in that case, it seems like the WooComposer content is showing up as expected. Can you clarify what you expect to happen, and what you see instead? Should all the Products have the same template, or should all the Products be styled individually in the Product post body using WooComposer?

Hello Christian,
Thanks for your reply and your willingness to assist. In trying to capture screenshots of how things were suppose to look, I disabled the Toolset plugins. Upon the restart of the plugins, everything was working properly. I'm hoping this continues!
Thanks again,
Heather
