Hi, it seems that we do have an internal conflict between toolset and the theme or other plugins, however we found older versions of toolset that still works well. The only problem is that we do not see the save button on the Forms backend so we can not save the forms. Please find below the plugin versions we do have now installed, and let us know if they are from the same toolset generation (it seems that Forms is not the one that is compatible with the other ones). Please advice us what are the correct ones we can use as being the same generation / or any solution you suggest. Thx
Toolset Access 2.6.2.
Toolset Blocks 0.9.0.
Toolset Forms 2.3.2.
Toolset Layouts 2.6.3.
Toolset Types 3.2.7
Toolset Maps 1.7.2.
Toolset Views 2.7.5.
Toolset WooCommerce Views 2.7.7.
Toolset Forms Commerce 1.8.1
Toolset Framework Installer 3.1.7
Toolset Module Manager 1.8.6

Hi Valentin,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

It is always recommended to keep all plugins (including Toolset) and themes updated to their latest versions.

If you could share more specific information about the compatibility issue related to the form's button, I'll be in a better position to help you with the troubleshooting.

To get started, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.

2. You can turn on WordPress debugging and then see if any errors or warnings are shown on the screen, in the server's error logs or in the browser's console, when viewing the form's edit screen in the admin area.
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ )

3. It would also be a good idea to test this with all extra (non-Toolset) plugins disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Twenty.
If the issue is fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow this down to a possible source of the conflict.

4. In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details so that I can see how the affected forms are set up.

Let me know how it goes and your next reply will be private. Please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
