toolset not loading just white toolset app nothing loading

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: not sure now to fix this one

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: i am able to load the setting but ever other option with in the admin will not load

I expected to see: anything

Instead, I got: nothing

Hi Barbara,

You mentioned you received assistance with a template file, which fixed the issue.

Can you please share if that assistance was provided by our Toolset support team or from your theme's support team?

If it was from the theme's support team, it would best to consult them again.

As suggested earlier, it would also be a good idea to check the server's error logs to see if there any errors or warnings which are resulting in error 500.
