I am trying to get all store in a distance of 20 kilometers when a user enters his or hers address, but currently the map reloads but doesn't do anything. The 'use user location function' does work, but when using other addresses nothing happens.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Thank you for sharing the admin access.
If you'll check the status of your "Google Map API key" from WP Admin -> Toolset -> Settings -> Maps, you'll see an error: "REQUEST_DENIED - API keys with referer restrictions cannot be used with this API."
Please go to your Google dashboard ( at hidden link ) and check the following:
1. The application, domain-specific, and the API restrictions should be disabled in the API key's settings.
2. Use "ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES" button at the top to make sure that these APIs are enabled:
- Places
- Geocoding
- Geolocation
Once, your API key starts showing the message "Google API seems to be configured properly." please check the distance search filter again.
I have disabled all restriction and had all those API's already enable but my problem still isns't fixed.
After changing some settings, it does seem like the map is working correctly, it just seems like I expected it to work differently.
What I am looking for is a map that zoom in on the location that the user has selected (not on the closest item) and then sorts the location from closest to furthest. Is this something I can achieve with Toolset?
And if so, can you point me towards the right resources?
Thanks for the update and glad that it is working now.
I'm afraid, the feature to sort/order the results based on the distance with respect to the selected user location is not available. The distance search filter can be used to include or exclude the results, based on whether the location field's value falls within the user-selected radius.

I understand, just one more question. Is it possible to zoom (center) in on the location the user has entered, or is that also not possible?
I've performed some further testing and research and I'm afraid, there is no built-in function available for this either.
