I am trying to: send notification emails based on a form field
I expected to see: 1 email to be sent based on the form field
Instead, I got: All email notifications were sent, ignoring the filters.
I have a training website where members can create a training request, which gets routed to the correct person via a radio field in a Toolset Form.
I have 3 E-mail Notifications configured for the form, each filtered similar to the settings in the screenshot.
This has been working for a few years without issue and only recently started ignoring the filters. Nothing has been changed on the site other than updates.
I just recreated the issue on one of my fresh test sites.

Thanks for the feedback, it is a known bug, which has already been put into to-do list of Toolset Forms plugin version 2.1, our developers are working on it, but I am not sure when will it be released, I suggest you subscribe to our blog to get the updated news:

Right now I have people getting emails with personal information that they should not have.
Hi, I will let you know as soon as I have additional information to share. At this time, I do not know when a fix will be available with the solution to this problem.
After the last update to Toolset Forms the behavior has changed.
It's still ignoring the filters but seems to be sending a single email to every email in the three notifications.
I really need to get this fixed so personal information isn't being sent to the wrong people.

Here is the feedback from our developers:
notifications depending on field values are broken, and it is in the to-do list of CRED 3.1, our developers are still working on it.
I'll keep you posted here so we can verify everything is working as expected once that update is live.
I've seen a few updates to Toolset Forms now but the email notification filtering is still completely broken. I have 3 notifications set up and regardless of the filtering, everyone still gets all emails.
It's been 5 weeks and no word.
Just telling me that it's "fixed in the next release" is BS.
It's been 6 weeks since I reported this.

I stated that I was still having the same problem in July 24th, over a week ago.
The exact same problem I originally reported on June 19th.
Please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and Toolset Form URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

OYG, I just realized you asked a question.
The form is "Training Request (ID: 288)"
The page where the form is inserted is /training/training-request/
I've also tested this on a new site and had the same issues as I stated in a message 2 months ago.
