Toolset Forms version: [insert your Toolset Forms version]
Theme: Astra + Elementor Pro
Steps I’ve already taken:
Confirmed shortcode syntax is correct.
Purged LiteSpeed cache and disabled JS/CSS optimization.
Updated Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Tested on a blank page with only the shortcode — form still does not render in Firefox/Safari.
Inspected DOM in mobile view: <form> HTML is not injected at all in Firefox/Safari.
No console errors appear in Firefox/Safari.
Result: The form appears in Edge, but in Firefox/Safari the page shows only the logo and title — no form output.
Could you please advise if this is a known compatibility issue with Firefox/Safari, or if there are additional settings/scripts I should check to ensure Toolset Forms render across all browsers?
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Are you checking the form on frontend as Guest user or loggedin user?
If you are checking the form as Guest user - could you please make sure you have grant the permission to Guest user through:
=> Toolset => Access Control => Forms tab
yes, guest is checked on the form in the access area. I have created 3 forms with toolset, the other 2 work fine. this is the only one that does not appear on my cell phone - safari and firefox. please help
I’ve tested Toolset Post Forms across browsers. Here’s what I found:
- In Microsoft Edge, the form renders and works.
- In Firefox and Safari, the form does not appear at all.
- Guest permissions are enabled (Create custom posts + View Types fields).
- I cloned the form and removed WooCommerce product binding. Even as a plain post form, it still fails to render in Firefox/Safari.
- The HTML inspector shows multiple <form> tags in the DOM, but the specific form is grayed out and suppressed.
This confirms the issue is not permissions or WooCommerce setup. It is a cross‑browser rendering bug in Toolset Forms. Please advise on a fix or patch.
This is really strange and I do not see any user reported the same issue in recent time.
Can I have problem URL where you added your form and admin access details and please share if any of specific steps I will have to follow.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I need your full name and email address to give you access - please provide, I will then be able to give you access. I tried again today to create a new page and instead of the short code, used the toolset form. the form shows in edge but still no place else. I really need to fix this issue ASAP.
btw I do need to keep woo force sell for my website to work correctly, I just wanted you to know that. I am waiting on an email and full name so I can grant user permission, and we can get this fixe once and for all. Thank you,
