Hi,

I've added a Toolset Post Form, which has a relationship with another post. Those related post show up in the form, but don't get saved to the post. See this 2 minute video: hidden link

Also, if the location doesn't excist yet, is it possible to add it with the same form?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

Do you see the same issue with only Toolset plugin active?

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? if no:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

Thanks for your response, but I decided to buy JetEngine and use their tools for this project.

Unfortunately, Toolset has been in maintenance mode for a number of years already and although your support has always been great, it seems like you're the only one left that still cares about Toolset.

Thanks again for the great support over the years and best of luck to you!

Best regards,

Marcel

Glad to know that you are happy with Toolset support.

Just to let you know - Toolset is not in maintananc mode.

There is a big releasae around the corner where we are suppose to release the FSE (Full Site Editing) theme support. Please check the following related ticket where me have mentioned the future Toolset roadmap:

You should keep eye on our blog:

Hi Minesh,

To be honest, adding FSE support is a big deal and probably also a big project, but it's just making sure Toolset works with the current versions of WordPress so it falls under maintenance mode in my opinion.

I don't expect any exciting new features from Toolset any time soon, like JetEngine's calendar view or booking modules. The only real new feature we've gotten in the last few years is Openstreetmap integration, which isn't a huge feature either, just an extension for the map plugin that already existed.

And keep an eye on your blog? The latest entry dates from September, with a grand total of 4 entries last year... not exactly reassuring 😉

Well I hope you're right and Toolset will be a good choice again in the future with a lot of innovative features. We'll see.
