I am trying to: Allow certain user types to use a new Toolset form that I created, but currently, they cannot view the form even when authorized.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

The form is called Maryville Booth Form and the ID is 31323.

I expected to see: The Toolset form. This is a clone of another form (called New Booth Form, ID 3110) that works for users authorized to access it. The link to that form is here: hidden link

and can be seen as working appear when clicked. If the same user type is authorized to view both forms, they still won't be able to see the Maryville Booth Form and I am not sure why.

For example, the user type Demo1 can view the New Booth Form, but not the Maryville Booth Form.

At first, I thought the issue was with the Toolset access role shortcut, but even when removing this shortcut, this form only loads for Admin users. I would like it to work for authorized users only

Instead, I got: The page is blank except for the title.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you installed the Toolset access plugin and you can control the Form Access from:
- Toolset -> Access Control -> Toolset Form -> Post Forms Frontend Accessv- > find your form "Maryville Booth " and grant the access to the roles you desired.
=> hidden link

I've granted the permissions to role Demo1 for now, can you please check it works at your end for Demo1 role. You can grant the permissions to the role as desired.

Great, thank you very much, this solved my problem.

Before I close this, on the form where the page is displayed, I currently have the Toolset access shortcode
i.e [toolset_access role="(list of roles)"] [/toolset_access] to determine which users can access the form.

Is this not necessary since it seems that the From Access seems to control which users can use the form?

Yes - you can manage who can access the form from:
- Toolset -> Access Control -> Toolset Form -> Post Forms Frontend Access- > find your form "Maryville Booth " and grant the access to the roles you desired.
