For some reason, Toolset is loading bootstrap 4 on every page of my website, despite I chose " The theme or another plugin is already loading Bootstrap 4" from the settings page.
How to stop Toolset from loading Bootstrap 4? I already have the code built in my system.
It is not a caching issue as I have cleared all my cache.

I've performed some tests on my website but couldn't reproduce this behavior. It suggests that something specific to your website is involved.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, so that I can see the settings in the admin area?

The settings seem to be correct and I can see the issue on this staging website too. However, I'm still not able to reproduce this issue on a test website.
Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of this website?

Please note that you logged in now to the live site, not the staging site. Please do not perform destructive changes to the live website. The staging site is identical to the live site and you can do any tests there. thanks.

During troubleshooting on your staging website's clone, I was able to narrow down the issue to the plugin named "Coptic Data".
I'm not sure what this plugin is designed to do, but, it is loading the Bootstrap styles and scripts from Toolset, even if Toolset is set not to load them.
If you'll deactivate the plugin you'll see that the Bootstrap styles and scripts from Toolset won't be loaded. You can consult that plugin's author, to get this manual loading fixed.
Note: I accidentally loaded the admin area login screen for the live website once, but the username and password didn't work. I can confirm that no changes have been made to the live website.
