[Resolved] Toolset fatal error during non-admin WP login (Toolset Access)

I am trying to:
Log in using an Author account.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
WP Dashboard

Instead, I got:
"The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

No error message is emailed to the site admin email address either. This seems to be a significant problem inside Toolset Access or possibly corruption in the data storage for it. I tried temporarily disabling Toolset Access and indeed this does clear the error. However we use Toolset Access extensively!

Our non-admin Authors are offline due to the problem until this sorted out.

I have subsequently upgraded as well from v 2.8.0 to v2.8.1 but that made no change to the symptoms as described.

Any help?

After updating to Toolset Access v2.8.1.1 the problem has been corrected.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
