is there is a way to add the custom fields on the search on post type on the backend of the wordpress? Please advise

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset do not offer such feature to search fields in the backend. You can display it.

You may try to add admin columns plugin if that help you to add fields to search function in the backend.
