Not enough styling options for Toolset Image

Hello, I need help about images. If I use toolset image block, there is no styling option. Not even "Additional CSS": option. If I use standard Gutenberg Image block, there are insufficient styling otion. No option for border , shadow etc. There is Additional CSS option. But CSS did not work. Please help.
