Toolset blocks and Woo blocks don't appear when creating content template

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a website that is running Toolset Types and Blocks and I installed WooCommerce on it. I also installed Toolset WooCommerce blocks.

When I go to create a content template for the product post type, there are no toolset blocks visible except "Content Template". No price, product image, add to cart link etc.

The normal toolset core blocks seem to be missing as well.

What I already tried:
- Deleting and recreating the content template
- Picking a standard theme (2024)
- Disabling, and deleting Toolset WooCommerce Blocks and reinstalling it
- Disabling as many plugins as possible

Hi there

I don't see any debug info for your site (https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/) so I can't see what plugin versions you are using, or WordPress version.

WordPress 6.4 broke some things with Toolset Blocks and we published fixes for that: https://toolset.com/2023/11/toolset-1-6-9-compatibility-with-wordpress-6-4/

Could you please ensure you are using the latest plugin versions.

Yes, that helped. I thought everything was up to date because there were no pending updates.
