Divi Theme and Toolset are not working correctly on our website. Our blog posts are not showing correctly on our website. When turning off toolset blocks the work properly, but then it creates errors on our plan your visit pages. We tried and did the update that was recently sent and that didn't fix the issue. We worked with our website developer and they said to reach out to toolset directly.

hidden link is the website I am referring to. specifically the blog page

hidden link it only shows the main image but no content, but there is content within the post, because you can see it from the overall blog page. see this link hidden link

Hi there

Both Toolset and the Divi theme have their own templating system for creating custom templates, and it's not possible to tell what you are using and where it might fail from your description.

Would it be possible to get access to your site to take a look? That should help identify the possible sources of the problem.

A staging site would be preferable.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the access details, but I'm getting the 'This username is not registered on the website' message.

Can you please check the username and password again? I've set the next reply as private again.

regards,
Waqar

I am just checking back in to see if the login credentials I sent yesterday on May 13th worked?

#2697879

The issue still is not resolved. Any luck getting logged into the staging site to take a look?

Is anyone working on this? I need an update to report to my supervisor as to what the problem is and how to resolve?

Thank you for waiting, as we had an unusually busy forum queue, in the last couple of days.

The access details worked and I'm currently performing some tests on my website, accordingly.

Will share the findings as soon as this testing completes, within the next few hours.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you!

Thank you for waiting as I completed the troubleshooting around this.

Here are the steps, that I used to fix this on your staging website. You can repeat the same on the live/production one:

1). Activate the Toolset Blocks plugin if it is deactivated.

2). Please go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates and you'll see a template named 'Template for Posts'.
( this is the template that is currently assigned to single post pages )

3). Switch to the 'Usage for single page' tab from the top and use the 'Change content template' option under this template to select no Toolset content template for this post type.
( screenshot: hidden link )

This will unassign this Toolset content template from the blog posts and the content will start showing correctly, using the active theme's template.

Thank you so much! It is working!
