Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Toolset Views and Toolset Blocks plugins are 1:1 copy of each other (just the names are different).

At a time you should install only one plugin, either Toolset Blocks or Views.

I want to know is there any block that i can use to have a freedom to output the html and structure like i did in Toolset View ?

I'm not sure how you want to create HTML or where you point out. Can you please share bit more information.
