When Toolset Access is active the post relationships metabox doesn't appear on custom post add/edit page. In addition, 'permission denied' appears even when I have deactivated Access.

When I create a new site the issue doesn't appear straight away, but will appear at some point.

I've not installed any new plugins, changed themes, or activated any snippets other than those provided by your support team, and it's just happened again on my test site. Deactivating Access makes everything work again.

Is there a setting I've missed?

Thanks,

Hello,

Please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, especially the Toolset Access plugin, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all Custom code snippets, and test again

3) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access control-> Custom Roles
- Enable advanced mode
- find the specific user role, click link "Change permissions"
in tab "Types capabilities", enable all options and test again.

Hi,

1. I've double checked my versions and they are all up to date. I've checked on the multisite install and on the subsite.

2. I've done that. It still happened. It even happened with the default theme, no code snippets and no other plugins activated, just Toolset Types, Forms and Access.

It also worked fine this morning and I have changed nothing, just added posts.

3. I've checked Types Capabilities and all options were already enabled.

I'm at the point where I'm thinking about paying for woocommerce memberships instead...

Thanks,
