[Resolved] toolset access creates server error when trying to activate

I am trying to:activate toolset access plugin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: activated

Instead, I got:

Hello,

I have checked the source file of latest version Toolset Access plugin, that file does exist, so there might be some broken plugin file in your website, please try these:
1) Use FTP tools find the Toolset Access plugin, and remove it, the plugin folder should be /var/www/wp-content/plugins/types-access/
2) Follow our document to install Access plugin, and test again
