[Escalated to 2nd Tier] Toolset Access blocks media editing for Editor role regardless of settings

This support ticket is created 2 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Shane,

Sorry, I did not know where I had to add the script. Now I added it as a custom code to Toolset. Initially it worked but when the editor logged in, the login screen threw an error related to the script. Then I changed the "run context" to WordPress admin only. Now the error is gone and the edit problem is solved.

An actual fix for this is still scheduled, right?

Hi Arno,

I can say that it has been escalated to our development team and we've provided an extensive analysis of the issue.

However I cannot say when a permanent fix will be implemented on this one but our development team is now aware of this new issue.
