Hi,

I hope yo are well.

The Toolset plugin is conflicting with Elementor menu cart. If I deactivate the toolset plugins the menu cart works.

hidden link

If I go to the event page and add an event the menu cart should pop out from the right and display the event added. Now, the cart does not pop out or show a product. I also tried disabling the automatic open cart and automatic update cart. options. If I deactivate the toolset plugins the menu cart works.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

While I can issue with the Elementor's menu cart on your website, I couldn't reproduce this on a test website. This suggests that something specific to your website is involved.

Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website? This will help to investigate this on a different server, without affecting the actual website.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

I hope you are well.

Thank you for your time and quick reply. I do have a copy of the site on the staging server that you can use if that will save you time or you are welcome to proceed with a clone/snapshot.

Thank you for the permission and I've downloaded the website's clone.

I'm currently working on this and will share the findings as soon as this testing is completed.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi Waqar,

I hope you are well. Thank you for your effort and time. I just want to mention that as a temporary solution, I have used an Elementor icon and hidden the menu cart. I hope you have a super day.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on this.

I had unusually busy forum queue over the weekend, but I'll get back to you with a detailed update, within the next few hours.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for waiting and I'll share a detailed update with you, within the next few hours.

Thank you for waiting and here are my findings.

During testing on your website's clone, I was able to make this Elementor Menu Cart widget work, by following these steps:

1. I deactivated all plugins except for Toolset plugins, WooCommerce and Elementor + Elementor Pro.

2. With only these minimal plugins active the menu cart widget started working, as expected.

3. I then enabled the deactivated plugins 5 at a time and even when all of them were active, the menu cart widget kept working, as expected.

Note: I didn't activated the 'Autoptimize', as it was already deactivated on your website.

4. After that, even updating the Elementor Pro plugin to the latest version, didn't break the menu cart widget.

I'll recommend following the same steps on your website too. And as extra precautionary measure, it is recommended to make a complete back up copy of the website first.
