[Resolved] Ticket raised several hours ago but still unassigned?

This support ticket is created 3 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Seems like a bug with your support ticket system.

My ticket #1943197 was raised several hours ago but still hasn't been assigned to a support staff.

I've managed to pickup the ticket, so you can go ahead and close here.

The reason for the delay is that the forums are quite busy at the moment and we have a few team members on vacation.
