Hello! We noticed our product pages look fine in Firefox, but when you view them in Google Chrome, the thumbnail images are getting stretched oddly. Is this something you can help us fix? Here is a sample page: hidden link Thank you!

Hello, it looks like the images are shown full-size in Chrome rather than being shrunk into the correct thumbnail size. Can I take a look in wp-admin to see how this template is set up in the Block Editor?

I don't see anything obviously wrong in the setup here. Is it okay for me to temporarily disable some plugins and activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty One to see if there is a conflict with another system?

Yes please do!

If I activate the parent Start It theme, the problem seems to be resolved. This indicates a problem in the child theme, where support is limited per our support policy: https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/
Debugging a custom child theme is outside the scope of our support policy, but if there is something specific you can find responsible for the problem and you'd like to discuss in more detail, let me know.
